Reference: Reserve at Lake Washington (Melbourne, Florida)
My wife and I have surveyed the area at the Reserve and we have several sites in mind for our next home.
We also have seen the love Stanley models off Fiske Road….Love them!
We would like to proceed with obtaining a lot quickly.
Can you tell me…are the lots sold by the Builders or a management group for the Reserve?
If you have lots for sale, I would be highly interested in the lot locations and prices.
