Jason Carl Stanley
President and CEO
Jason Stanley founded Stanley Homes, Inc. in 2003 after working for a well-respected local builder/developer along with the experience he inherited from watching both his father and his grand-father working in the construction industry as New Home Contractors and remodelers. Jason graduated from Satellite High School and holds an Associate of Arts degree from Eastern Florida State College. He has held a General Contractors License in the State of Florida since 2003 and a Real Estate Broker’s License in the State of Florida since 2005. Mr. Stanley has served as Vice President of the Home Builders and Contractors Association of Brevard, and also served as President of the organization in 2013. In addition, Jason is an active member of the Space Coast Association of Realtors. His guidance and leadership of his team and his key supporting members has allowed his organization to enjoy continued success and growth. As our economy improves here in Brevard County, Jason’s continued inspired leadership has positioned Stanley Homes as Brevard’s leading “Premier Custom Builder”.
Chief Financial Officer
Denise Stanley, Jason’s wife, has one and only one primary responsibility; she is Mom to their three beautiful children, Bree, Gia, and Logan. Denise is a native of Brevard County, having been raised in Melbourne. She is a graduate of Eau Gallie High School and holds an Associates of Arts degree from Eastern Florida State College. Mrs. Stanley supervises our Corporate Administrative Team, and all Financial aspects of the company.
Jade, daughter of Diane, and niece of Jason Stanley, was born and raised in Melbourne Florida. She has studied various subjects including AutoCAD, Architecture, Business, Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Media Design, and even Interior Design so when her “Uncle Jason” called on her assistance she gladly accepted and has become a valuable asset to the company ever since. She is involved in accounting as well as assisting the Purchasing Department with Purchase Orders and other various projects.
Kacie, born and raised in Melbourne, daughter of a Civil Engineer, is responsible for developing Home Estimates and Budgets, Adjusts Sales Prices for Purchase Orders, and Additional Work Authorization Purchase Orders. She also assists in Developing, Refining, Writing and Issuing Purchasing Policies and Procedures involving the Construction Team. Kacie handles other assigned responsibilities and self initiated projects to enhance Purchasing operations and covers for other team members when necessary. Kacie is expecting her first child, a boy, January of 2015!
Dave was born and raised in a small town in South Central Illinois. After graduating from high school, Dave received an AAS degree in Architecture Drafting from Lincoln Trail College in South Central Illinois and is a Licensed Building Contractor in the State of Florida. Dave moved to Florida and began his career in the Construction Industry with The Post Group Division as a Laborer in 1986. In the following years, Dave has worked as a Quality Control Manager, Construction Manager, Project Manager, Designer and Draftsmen, besides working in Purchasing for Residential and Commercial Builders in Brevard County. Dave works with the Sales Professional handling Purchasing and Pricing for the clients of Stanley Homes. Dave is married and has two wonderful children, Emma and David, and enjoys living in Brevard County.
Permitting and Closing Coordinator
Andrea is a true Floridian, raised in Merritt Island and a graduate of Merritt Island High School and holds BA of Finance from the University of South Florida. She has worked in sales and has achieved the Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) professional designation from the NAHB. When her son, John, was born in 2007, Andrea elected to move to the administrative side of the industry and oversees Permitting, Architectural Review Board application, Closings and Warranty Items. She also handles the print Marketing for our local area magazines and advertising. Andrea is engaged to be married, March 2015, and has one son, John.
Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Nicolle, born and raised in Rhode Island, moved to Florida at the age of 11 with her twin sister and family. She graduated Melbourne High School and studied various subjects including Psychology at two different Community Colleges before moving out west to Tucson, Arizona. She returned back to Florida 5 years ago. Nicolle showed real enthusiasm in the Marketing Development of Stanley Homes and was entrusted to take on the responsibility of ensuring Stanley Homes made a clear statement in the New Home Construction Industry. She is responsible for all the Social Media & Email Marketing Campaigns, as well as Creatively Writing all Blogs for the Website, Creating Brochures, Customer Service, Event Coordinator, and has also assisted with the Home Builders and Contractors Association of Brevard on various projects. She is the proud Mother of a beautiful boy, Ethan.
Dee Patnoe IDS
Owner of Dee.Cor, Interior Decorating
Dee has more than 18 years of experience in the Interior Design field. While working with Stanley Homes, she meets with the Sales Professionals and New clients to make selections for their home. The consultation with Dee results in the look the client desires to reflect their personal lifestyle. Ms. Patnoe also assists with all Exterior and Interior selections for Inventory Homes and Models for Stanley Homes. She is a Window Fashion Professional as well as an Award Winning Designer in many Parade of Homes’ Competitions. When visiting these breathtaking homes, you can easily see the attention to detail and expertise that goes into every aspect of the design. Dee and her daughter moved here from the Chicago area making Brevard their home for the past 28 years.
Andy is a graduate of Melbourne High School and has worked in the New Home Industry since 1994. He began as an Electricians Helper and over the next ten years worked his way up to Master Electrician. In 2004, Mr. Catropa joined a National Builder as a Construction Manager and was later promoted into the corporate offices in the Business Development area and finally as Project Manager for Brevard Counties. Andy joined Stanley Homes as a Construction Managers and as business grew he was then promoted to Project Manager, heading over Construction Managers, and overseeing the Stanley Homes Construction Process in Brevard Counties. Andy is married with a daughter, Bailee and a son, Gavin.
James “Jimmy” Keith
Jimmy started out in the industry carrying his Father’s tool belt, when he was 5 years old, helping him with his AC Business. Later in life he spent 13 years Installing and Servicing Irrigation systems, and 2 years Plumbing & Remodeling Pools. As a Manager of a Fire & Water Restoration Business, he oversaw Operations and Managed a team for an additional 2years before switching industries to work for his first Home Builder. Jimmy spent several years learning about Land Development & Servicing as a Construction Manager. He also donated his time and expertise to the Extreme Home Make Over Project as a Superintendent. Mr. Keith has been a US Merchant Marine (Charter Boat Captain) for the past 6 years. He also was a Civilian Commercial Superintendent at Patrick Air Force Base, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. Jimmy Keith currently holds a Construction Management position with Stanley Homes. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of New Home Construction from start to finish. In his spare time he like wrestling alligators and is the proud Father of 3 beautiful children.
Todd’s experiences range from being a Laborer for many individual construction trades to being the Project Manager of multi-million dollar projects. He has supervisory experience in all aspects of Single Family and Multi-Family Housing Construction as well as Corporate and Government Contract Level Management of Personnel, Material and Resources. Born in Ohio, he moved to Florida after serving in the Army where he worked in support of the Joint Chiefs of Staff as an Electronic/Communications Technician. Employed as a Senior Field Engineer for Allied Bendix (now Honeywell) he designed, developed and installed complex security system hardware for the US Air Force and the Bureau of Printing and Engraving and most recently for Lockheed Martin in direct support of ground troops in Afghanistan. He owned and operated a Handyman/Light Remodeling Service that specialized in aid to the elderly community. Todd has over 60 credit hours in various courses of study from Electronics and Security, Construction Electrical and Engineering to Quality Management and Six Sigma, Safety, Health and Welfare. He is currently enrolled in classes and will be certified in Construction Management soon. Todd is the proud Grandpa of two beautiful granddaughters.
Douglas Stanley is Jason Stanley’s father. Doug is a graduate of the University of St. Louis and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Stanley, Sr. served with the United States Air Force for over six years during the Vietnam War. Following his service to his country, Doug joined Lockheed Martin Corporation as Senior Safety Engineer at their locations in both Denver, Colorado and Cape Canaveral, Florida. During his time with Lockheed Martin, Mr. Stanley, Sr. built and/or remodeled several hundred homes in both locations. Doug, while now retired from Lockheed Martin Corporation, has joined the team at Stanley Homes as a Construction Manager and oversees all of our private lot construction in Southern Brevard County and Northern Indian River County.
Ed was born in North Carolina but has lived in central Florida area most of his life. With over 40 years of Construction Experience, Ed has an AS degree in Building and Contracting from Daytona Beach Community College and is a Certified General Contractor and Certified Residential Contractor. He worked for a National Builder for 20 years from 1988 to 2008 starting as superintendent and departed as North Regional manger covering Volusia, Flagler, Marion and Citrus Counties. He is now responsible for leading New Home Construction for Stanley Homes in the Volusia Area. Mr. Wire has also completed a tour in the US Army, and was stationed in Germany, where he met his lovely wife Sigi and they’ve been married 39 years. Father to two daughters and Grandfather to three grand children, Ed also has an Australian Sheppard named Smokee.
Mr. Laster, the newest member of the Stanley Homes Family, moved to Florida in the 1st Grade practically makes him a native! His experience includes working as a Foreman of a Stucco Crew for 15 years, a Project Manager and Supervisor in the Flood & Fire Restoration Business for 15 years as well and prior to joining Stanley Homes, he worked for 5 years as a Construction Manager for a local Home Builder in their Business Development Department assisting them in Opening a New Division in Columbia, South Carolina. As a Construction Manager for Stanley Homes, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of New Home Construction throughout Brevard County. Greg’s hobbies include fishing and scuba diving.
Bob Stanley, Uncle to Jason Stanley, was born in Missouri and moved to Colorado where he was enlisted in the US Army for 3 years. He also served as a Corrosion Control Specialist in the Colorado Air National Guard for 5 years before meeting and marrying his lovely wife, Dora, 25 years ago. Mr. Stanley is the “ Jack of all Trades” therefore he is responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to the General Maintenance of all the Model Homes including Assembling and Disassembling of Interior Decorations, Assisting in any Closing and Permitting Procedures as well as offering assistance to any of the Construction Management Team whenever necessary. In his spare time he likes to watch the Denver Broncos and manicure his own personal home-front.

Anette is a native of Sweden where she graduated from college with a degree in General Business. Following graduation, she continued her education at the International Business School spending time at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden, the Brighton College of Technology in the United Kingdom and at University in Munich, Germany. She has held a Real Estate Salespersons License in the State of Florida since 2004 and has spent her career exclusively in the New Home Industry, gaining experience with various local builders before joining our team at Stanley Homes, Inc. in nearly the beginning. Anette’s unique international perspective together with her excellent language skills are a wonderful asset. Anette is married with one daughter, Keila.

Diane is a native of Brevard County, born and raised in Melbourne. Sister of Denise Stanley, she graduated from Merritt Island High School and has held a Real Estate Salespersons License in the State of Florida since 1999. With over 10 years or experience and more than 1,000 sales in Brevard County in General Real Estate, Diane moved her considerable skills to the New Home Industry in 2010. Diane is a proud single mom with one daughter, Jade.

Mrs. Cox moved to Melbourne in 1966 from South Carolina. She graduated from Melbourne High School and attended Brevard Community College for her Real Estate Education. Trish became licensed in 1974 and became a Real Estate Broker the following year. Having worked in every facet of Real Estate over the years, she then determined New Home Construction is her passion. Trish has sold greater than a 1000 homes in Brevard County alone and prides herself on turning every Stanley Homes client into a new friend. Long-time resident of Brevard County Rich graduated from Merritt Island High School and has an Associates of Science Degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville. As a State of Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate, Rich also brings over 15 years of Real Estate, Construction and Development Experience in and around Brevard County. Mr. Mehalick has extensive experience in Residential and Commercial Land Development, Custom Residential Construction, Class A Commercial Construction, Sales, Leasing, Project Management, Operations Management, Marketing and Purchasing Management. Mr. Mehalick enjoys using this experience and a high level of customer service to help inform and guide clients through the many phases of the home building process.
